Because of health issues, I'm sorry to announce a pause in my updates, for a time I can't define.
Thanks for reading! A week from now, this comic is going to be two years old and have almost 200 pages posted, although counting a few multiple page submissions, I could say I already posted the 200. Another milestone to mention is reaching 3 million pageviews, small potatoes for the big ones, but an inconceivable number for me.
Another unexpected discouraging setback is that my ad boxes were cancelled. I was using part of that money to advertise with very good results and getting new readers. In the end it's again Paypal's ambiguous policy towards adult content.

In fact, I think it's pretty darn good.
Good thing you didn't just leave it back when the comic had it's previous hiatus. Instead you picked it up and took the comic in this new and improved "serious" direction. That is a big part of why it got so far already. And it can go further!

Thanks for the good wishes, but I am embarrassed now to have brought the subject of illness (I'll talk about it when this is over), because it may look like a cry for sympathy.

About the ads, sometimes I could make a couple bucks, sometimes it just performed miserably. On the good days I placed banners on other sites, which got me a lot of traffic.
And I am okay, I just prefer to take a little time off and not start missing updates.
