    It didn't occur to me to try to find you and bug you, I ASSUMED you were looking since before the site went down! Anyway so glad it's back, I never gave up hope!!

    anyway good page! Baking soda also softens the skins, resulting in smoother, creamier beans.. for some people that can go too far though and become unappetizing. Plus it hurts their vitamin content a bit. But if you cook them in something like molasses, it'll help prevent them from dissolving..

      Yes, staying offline too long is very hurtful for any website. I wanted cheap and good, able to pay with cash or crypto, too many excuses. Sorry.
