Even if this is a very small site, the problem is the payment service you mention doesn’t like “adult” content and that makes me a bit afraid they may can cancel my account.
Under the “tip me” link on the top link bar there is a page with a Tipjoy button. I admit it may seem confusing as it is not a one step process. I will look into other similar services.

I would like to make a suggestion for you: start accepting donations (like PayPal for example), I am one person that would like a lot to donate you some money in order to you draw more comics
